	Outside of Portland, Oregon, sits a little town on the way to Mount Hood perfectly named Boring. But don’t judge a book by it’s cover, or a town by it’s name, Boring is a thriving town that is anything but Boring.
 The brief was simple, while Picsart was a tentpole name across Europe, Asia and South America, usage was low in the United States. How do we increase users in the United States, and promote Picsart as a tool for creators and small businesses.

We set out to Unboring Boring, working with three local businesses to improve their visual design using Picsart, to prove to small businesses, creators and all “non-designers” that they too can easily unboring their identity using Picsart.

The campaign launched with four campaign videos across streaming services accompanied by 70 billboards, bus wraps and bus stations.
App downloads saw a dramatic increase across the United States with a huge spike in the Pacific Northwest.

	The Nutz-n-Boltz Theater CompanyOwned and operated by the Lazenby family, this nonprofit theater company has held performances for their community for over a decade. With their time consumed by directing performances and classes, their branding lacked the quality of their plays. Together, we created new customizable templates for playbills, posters and social media they can use to promote upcoming shows.

	
	Boring Bean Coffee Roasters Boring Bean has been the go-to stop for sourced, roasted and brewed coffee in Boring. Their packaging, however, was a little watered-down. We created fresh templates that can be customized to each individual roast.
	

	North American 
Bigfoot Center
Owned and operated by Cliff Barackman, the Bigfoot Center is one of the businesses that put Boring on the map. It has appeared on television shows such as Finding Bigfoot, and is famous in the industry. It provides tourists and enthusiasts many reasons to visit the center like examining footprints, however, their social media lacked a visual style to draw those visitors in. With the Bigfoot Center we created templates for their social media to engage with their audience and sell merch from their online store.

Starting in Portland, we rounded out the campaign with 70 billboards, bus wraps and bus stations. Our goal was to never see the same billboard more than once, and to celebrate the three businesses of Boring, Oregon. The billboards went on to live in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, and the four videos showed locally in Portland theaters.

	Intercom’s Sales team joined together in London for the first time in years. The theme for the event was “Win Together,” and ICS was charged with creating a visual identity system that matched the energy and drive of the global sales team.

“Win Together” was brought to life through a classic sports team aesthetic, highlighted by black-and-white varsity jackets given to every team member. To extend the sports team parallel, ICS designed patches representing each Intercom brand value, used to recognize members of the sales team. Team superlatives were also translated into enamel pins used to further decorate the jackets.

Each part of the GSKO identity system spoke to the theme of “Win Together,” casting our Sales team as an unstoppable, unified team. From the bold typography, classic badge structures, and heritage color blocking, each piece of the system evoked a sense of camaraderie, achievement, and timeless team spirit.
Sales team moral has been at an all time high post GSKO. The varsity jackets are warn with pride around the office, patches continue to accumulate as badges of honor and we saw a heavy increase in internal swag briefs across the org.

For this year’s Transformation Report, Intercom’s creative team transformed what had traditionally been a static, gated PDF into an immersive digital campaign. As Intercom shifted from documenting industry trends to helping define the future of AI transformation, we saw an opportunity to create a design system that reflected that evolution—removing barriers to access, encouraging exploration, and allowing the story to unfold in a more dynamic, customer-centered way.


Following weeks of visual exploration, from bold modular structures to expressive geometric systems, we developed a precise linear language inspired by forward motion, connection, and growth. The system was designed for the web, with flexible components that clearly distinguish product, editorial, and campaign content, supported by a color and shape framework tailored to industries such as ecommerce, gaming, and fintech.


The result is a cohesive, modern storytelling experience that makes the report more accessible, engaging, and aligned with Intercom’s evolving vision for AI-first customer service.
The website drew tens of thousands of visits within the first weeks, compared to the hundreds of downloads in previous years. The site was a top contender for ReadyMag site of the year.&#38;nbsp;

	Built for You began as a webinar series featuring Intercom leaders’ perspectives on the future of AI in customer service. As the pace of change accelerated in 2025, Intercom saw an opportunity to evolve the series into a live event that could bring greater clarity and direction to the industry.


I led the creative direction from a single visual cue in the original films: each speaker was filmed in a dark room under a focused spotlight. From there, We developed a broader visual language inspired by the materiality of stage lighting, using obscured forms, silhouettes, and controlled illumination to capture the curiosity, uncertainty, and excitement surrounding AI’s impact on customer service.


My creative team translated that direction into a complete design system and campaign for the London event, spanning digital, merchandise, environmental graphics, and the broader event experience.

	Celebrating its debut during San Francisco art week, Art.Fair.Mont presents contemporary galleries from Mexico, Zimbabwe, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, Houston, and the Bay Area, inside the city's most storied location, The Fairmont ,for an intimate gathering of discovery, cultural conversation, and artistic discourse.
The creative direction was built to contrast against the&#38;nbsp;Renaissance Revival and Neoclassical style of the Fairmont itself. Being a new name to San Francisco Art Week, the visual direction positioned GCS Agency with a bold and timeless brand that could become a pillar in the art community for years to come. The bold GCS blue took center stage to stand apart from the strong creams and blacks of the Fairmont brand, and the AFM variable logo mark was meant to pair well with the strong architecture of the building.&#38;nbsp;

	For the launch of Intercom Copilot, the creative challenge was to make a complex AI product feel immediate, useful, and human. Rather than focusing on the technology alone, we built the story around a familiar tension for support teams: agents losing valuable time searching across disconnected sources, troubleshooting complex issues, and navigating overwhelming amounts of information.


The video positions Copilot as more than a search tool—it is a personal AI assistant working alongside every agent. Through a clear, product-led narrative, we showed how Copilot can surface trusted answers, solve problems, and complete time-intensive tasks in seconds. The result is a vision of AI that feels practical and empowering: helping agents onboard faster, work more efficiently, and spend more time building meaningful customer relationships.

	When customer experience is everything, trust matters most. To promote Fin.ai agent as the #1 AI Customer Service Agent, we set out to tell real customer stories from some of the most notable companys of today.&#38;nbsp;
My role started with inception of the projects. Marketing was in constant need of customer testimonial. But getting time with key figures in top companies can be hard to come by. We noticed Fin hosted events throughout the year, which brought attendance from these key figures. What if we grabbed some time with these customers while we were in their backyard hosting events. The outcome were a series of scrappy testimonial videos, which live on the fin.ai website, and have been transformed and molded into an incredible amount of marketing material.&#38;nbsp;

	With 150 million active monthly users, Picsart is a design and photo editing platform for the creator economy. Focusing on ease of use, Picsart is democratizing design. Where it may take months to learn a program, Picsart can be learned in hours. With the help of The New Company, we created a new visual system that retains the youthful spirit of Picsart, while introducing a more systemic and elevated visual toolkit. Our research and strategy informed the extent of this work to ensure a cohesive brand language expressed through voice, design, motion and photography, driven to inspire and elevate the quality of work created by the everyday user.

	Kindred is a fresh startup on a mission to impact the way C-level executives think about pressing issues in our modern world. Kindred set out to host a three-day convention with global speakers on topics ranging from gun violence to the climate crisis. I created a visual design system inspired by neuroscience and natural patterns of the brain under a microscope. The event was set to launch September 2020, which if you know your history, was right in the middle of the pandemic. This project never aired and the company has since pivoted.
