When customer experience is everything, trust matters most. To promote Fin.ai agent as the #1 AI Customer Service Agent, we set out to tell real customer stories from some of the most notable companys of today.
My role started with inception of the projects. Marketing was in constant need of customer testimonial. But getting time with key figures in top companies can be hard to come by. We noticed Fin hosted events throughout the year, which brought attendance from these key figures. What if we grabbed some time with these customers while we were in their backyard hosting events. The outcome were a series of scrappy testimonial videos, which live on the fin.ai website, and have been transformed and molded into an incredible amount of marketing material.
